Evening League Match Abandoned

Posted by Craig on July 19th, 2011

Tonight’s Howdenshire Evening League match at home to Newport was abandoned before a ball was bowled. The use of the covers had kept the wicket in perfect condition, but just as the two teams were due to take the field, unfortunately, the rain came and play was abandoned at 6.50.
